These terms apply when you use kiddo.ie and when you buy from us. Please read them before you order.

Who we are

Prices

• All prices are in euro. Delivery costs €19 per item in the Republic of Ireland and is added at checkout. The final total, including delivery, is shown before you pay.
• Auracrest Limited is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
• We may change prices at any time, but not after you have placed your order.
• Photos are for illustration. Colours and small details may vary slightly.

Orders

1. After you order, we email you to confirm we received it.
2. We check the order. We may cancel it, for example if an item is out of stock or the price is clearly wrong.
3. If we cancel your order, we refund you in full.

Payment

We accept card payments through Stripe. Stripe processes all payments securely. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

• We deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland only.
• Delivery costs €19 per item. Small and medium parcels take up to 5 working days. Large, heavy items take 5 to 10 working days. Tracking details are provided when available.
• If your order is late or does not arrive, contact us and we will sort it out.
• The item is your responsibility once it is delivered to your address.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days to cancel after your order arrives. See our returns policy for the full steps.

Safety

Ride-ons must always be used with adult supervision, on flat and safe ground away from roads, water, slopes and steps. Please follow the age and weight limits on each product page and in the instructions.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Our content

The text, images and design of kiddo.ie belong to us or our suppliers. Please do not copy them without permission.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.

Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes are dealt with by the Irish courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you order applies to your order.
