Send products back
You then have another 14 days to return the products to us.
Conditions for returns

- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- Products must be in resellable condition
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt
Cannot be returned
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items with damaged or opened packaging where hygiene is a concern
- Items that are not in resellable condition
How to return an item

Contact us
Email info@kiddo.ie with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Receive the address
We will provide you with the correct return address.

Pack the item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Send it back
Return the item to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We recommend tracked shipping because we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- ✓We will notify you that we have received your return.
- 14We will process your refund within 14 days.
- ↩Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- iThe original shipping cost is not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please tell us promptly.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kiddo.ie
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged item
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
- We will cover the return shipping costs in this case
Faulty products
If a product develops a fault after use, please contact us. Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected by this policy.
